REGISTRATION FEE: 

Annual Registration is required with the registration form to reserve class space. Registration will not be considered complete and class space is not reserved until this fee has been paid. All registration fees are Non-Refundable.

 

 

CLASS FEES: 

*Class fees are due by the first of each month. 

*A $10 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid by the 10th of the month. 

*Tuition may be paid by the following methods: cash, money order, check, or credit card 

(We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). 

*Checks should be made payable to: From the Heart Music & Dance and include your child’s full name in the memo. 

There is a $35 returned check fee, per check, on all returned checks. 

*Tuition remains the same regardless of absences and whether it is a long, five-week month or a short, three-week month. 

*Tuition is a based on 5 month semester and is divided into 5 monthly payments.

 

 

CLASS CHANGES: 

When dropping or adding a class at any time during the year, a drop-add form must be completed. These can be picked up at the front desk. Not showing up for class, does not constitute a withdrawal from class. Accounts will continue to be charged for tuition until the drop-add form has been completed. 

 

 

INSURANCE: 

From The Heart Music & Dance does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if injury occurs it is understood that the student's own policy is your only source of reimbursement. 

 

 

HOLIDAYS & DAYS CLOSED: 

Our studio will follow the COCSD calendar for holidays, and breaks (Fall, Winter & Spring) Please remember to check your calendars and our calendar by the front desk for days closed.

 

 

ATTENDANCE: 

Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Students
should be prompt and prepared for class. We may remove dancers from the show who are
excessively absent from class within the 60 days prior to performance. Any absence in the week
leading up to the performance will result in that dancer not being able to perform. Exceptions to
this rule will be at the instructor/director’s discretion.

Long term absences (more than 3 weeks) without notice will automatically forfeit a student’s place in a class and Account Holder will be required to pay for all missed months. Also, per teachers’ discretion,
we may ask that a dancer whom we feel is not ready to follow required instruction may come back and
try again at a later date.

 

WATER/BEVERAGES:

Students are required to bring a water bottle to class. ONLY WATER with a secure lid is allowed in the studios.

 

 

CHOREOGRAPY:

Any choreography learned by a student is the sole property of the Studio and may not be copied or used for any activity outside of the Studio’s scope.  Permission must be granted by the Studio for any student to use Studio choreography at any venue where the member is not with the Studio or acting on behalf of the Studio
